General Procedure of the Inspection

Preparation

• To make a list of the equipment (car), tools, and materials to inspect.
• To review the previous reports of inspection in search of critical aspects for the pursuit.
• To prepare a route to have sufficient cover in all the areas of inspection.
• Compile the control lists for use during the inspection.

Inspection

• Follow the route predetermined and use a list of controls previously prepared.
• To describe in clear form, make the detected problem specific and concise, contemplating its specific location.

Analysis of the inspection

• To analyze the causes that originated the presence of the detected substandard conditions.

Remedial actions

• To give the recommendations necessary to correct the deficiencies found.
• Adopt the measures necessary to prevent loss—actions of pursuit.
• To verify that the remedial actions are implemented and that these give the considered results.
